  • We do not guarantee visa approval, as this decision is solely at the discretion of the respective consulates and embassies.

5. Travel Insurance

Forwining Travel strongly recommends that travelers obtain travel insurance to cover potential risks, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings. We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to the lack of travel insurance.

6. Responsibilities and Liabilities

  • Forwining Travel is responsible for arranging and providing the travel services as per the booked package.
  • We are not liable for any unforeseen events, such as natural disasters, political instability, or other factors beyond our control that may affect the tour.

6.2 Traveler’s Responsibilities

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents.
  • Forwining Travel is not liable for any expenses incurred due to the traveler’s failure to secure the required travel documents.

7. Changes to Itinerary

Forwining Travel reserves the right to make changes to the tour itinerary if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide alternate arrangements or compensatory options whenever possible.
